After serving on the staff of Christ Community Church (Franklin TN) for 10 years, Craig and Jana moved to the east side of downtown in 2004 to plant City Church of East Nashville,
After serving as the pastor of City Church for almost a decade, Craig began to provide gospel-centered coaching for church planters and network leaders in cities around the U.S. and Ireland with Church Multiplication Ministries. During that same time, he founded New Nashville, an initiative that brought people together to consider Jesus through the lens of contemporary cultural issues. Through this process, the doors began to open for the starting of Redeemer Fellowship.
Craig received his M.Div. from Covenant Seminary (St. Louis, MO) and iscurrently a doctoral candidate at Reformed Theological Seminary. He enjoys songwriting, golf, good food and drink and running (which he says is needed if you enjoy good food and drink!).
Craig and Jana, live in East Nashville and have five children.
Lucas moved from his hometown of Springfield, TN to Nashville to attend Belmont University in 2012. While there, Lucas focused on a BBA in Music Business while also touring and producing music part-time. In his second year at Belmont, he became heavily involved in Indelible Grace Music, a community devoted to the retuning and preservation of old hymn texts. In Fall of 2018, Lucas began his role as Worship Director of Redeemer Fellowship Nashville, and with a deep understanding of how music affects us both personally and communally, Lucas strives to present Christ as the main focus of worship — whether mountain or valley, sunshine or storm
Lucas currently works out of his studio just North of downtown Nashville. He enjoys playing tennis, drinking Keurig coffee, and watching the latest, greatest Netflix series.

Barry and Emily have been married for nine years and have two kids, Belle (5) and Hunter (2). Barry is originally from Canada and Emily was born and raised in Indiana. They met in Nashville through their mutual love of serving and working with at-risk children and worked together in ministry for several years before having their own kids. Barry recently transitioned out of active duty military service into a civilian career path and Emily has had the privilege of staying home with their kids. Their family enjoys being outdoors as much possible, traveling and simply being together. They are excited to serve the church and the families of Nashville by creating a gospel-centered Children’s Ministry.
