Craig serves as the Church Multiplication Catalyst for CMM, Inc. (www.cmmnet.org), providing gospel-centered coaching for church planters and network leaders.
Before joining CMM, Craig was the founding and lead pastor of City Church of East Nashville since planting it in 2004. During that time, Craig helped found the Nashville Church Planting Network. Prior to planting City Church, he served as the Pastor of Christian Education and Discipleship at Christ Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee.
Craig's key ministry areas include preaching, vision-casting, urban missional leadership, and gospel renewal dynamics. He received his education from Vanderbilt University and Covenant Theological Seminary, and is currently engaged in doctoral studies through Reformed Theological Seminary. He enjoys songwriting, golf, good food and drink and running (which he says is needed if you enjoy good food and drink!). Craig and his wife, Jana, live in East Nashville and have four children.

Brandon currently serves as the planting pastor of Fellowship South Nashville; a new congregation for the music city. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, and can be found chasing his son, Aidan around the neighborhood. They are expecting their first girl this spring. Before starting Fellowship South Nashville, Brandon was on pastoral staff at Christ Community (Franklin, TN) and The Journey (Saint Louis) where he labored to bring the Gospel to these important communities.
Brandon has a passion for Faith, Work, and Culture and longs to see the people of Nashville invest deeply in their faith and in the life of their city. He is a founding member of the Made To Flourish Network (madetoflourish.org) and has previously partnered with Redeemer City to City, New City Commons Foundation, Acton Institute, Fellow Associates, and Q Ideas to promote urban renewal in Nashville.
Brandon is a graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary where he was honored as a Francis Schaeffer Fellow and Kern Scholar. Brandon enjoys good coffee, great local restaurants, running, reading, and training other men and leaders. You can find him Downtown at the Entrepreneur Center working alongside other leaders in the city.
David Kaufmann is the lead pastor of City Church Network. He is married to Rebekah, his high-school sweetheart, and has 4 amazing and wonderful children (William, Gracie, Belle, and Noah). His heart for church planting comes from over 10 years of prayer, experience, and study in the ministry. He first began as youth pastor in Huntsville, AL and then moved on to e3 Partners to become the International Director for Students. After traveling to 15 different countries spanning four years and training international leaders, David received a call to serve as a pastor with Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Antioch, TN.
David planted City Church of Woodbine three years ago with a vision to birth a church planting movement in Nashville, TN that would successfully spread the gospel among all refugee and immigrant communities in the city. David’s hope is that someday Nashville will be known as a light unto the nations (Isaiah 49:6).
Stephen Handy is pastor, visionary strategist, and partnership collaborator of the gospel message of Jesus Christ. He is a passionate communicator that desires to speak God’s truth so all people of different cultures, experiences, neighborhoods, and all of God’s unique diversity can be reconciled through the unity in Jesus Christ.
Stephen is a strong advocate of unconditional justice, serving the poor and needy, and participating in small groups for spiritual formation and accountability. He is a firm believer in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle by honoring God with our bodies through our thoughts, words, and actions. And ultimately Stephen loves spending time with God, family and friends by imitating JESUS CHRIST and making a lasting difference in our community and the world.
He loves to check out the latest movies, read the latest books, learn from children and youth and hang out in the broader downtown community where Jesus Christ is creating a movement of transformation and a culture of discipleship.
Stephen and Shelley have been married for 20 years. They have three children and live in the Greater Nashville area.
Cindy's 18 years of experience includes directing Congregational Care, Care Teams, Critical Care Teams, and reconciliation processes for the Christ Community Church Counseling Center. Her ability to translate vision into practice for people is a passion and special gifting. After years of working at Gruhn Guitars, Cindy’s husband, Dan, is a renown luthier and the owner of Blom Guitars. Cindy keeps him in line!
